About the Villa:


Q: How do we get the keys?

A: Key will be provided at the villa upon check in. It is the guest’s responsibility to have a working cell phone in Phuket during the check-in date.

Q: What time is check in and check out?

A: Check in & Check out is the same at 12pm. Early check in or late check out subject to a fee and availability.

Q: Can I bring my pets to the Villa?

A: No. Pets are not allowed in our villa.

Q: Do you allow smoking on property? In the rooms? In the garden?

A: No. We are a non-smoking villa.

Q: How much deposit is required?

A: A deposit of 50% of the total rental must be paid upon booking. Deposit will be refunded at the check out if there is no damage or loss found in the villa.

Q: Which are the payment methods?

A: The villa accepts cash and online payment to our Villa888 account. All payments are due in Thai Baht or United States Dollars, unless stated otherwise. For the account details, please contact our Reservation Team.

Q: Can I amend my booking?

A: Yes, you can amend your reservation subject to availability at the time of amendment.

Q: How should we amend or cancel the booking?

Q: What is the cancellation fees? Is the deposit fully refundable?

A: 75% of deposit is refundable if 45 days or more prior to check in.

50% of deposit is refundable if between 30 - 45 days prior to check in.

No refund if less than 30 days prior to check in.

Q: Does villa have car?

A: Yes, villa has 3 cars – All cars are newly purchased in 2011 & 2012.

Q: What is the cost for renting a car?

A: You will need to pay the cost of gasoline, and the car rental:

  • Mercedes Benz Convertible – THB 8000 (USD 270)
  • Toyota Fortuner – THB 2000 (USD 65)
  • Honda Jazz –THB 1000 (USD 35)

    Q: What is the cost for airport transfer?

    A: The cost of 1 way pick up service by 1 car is: USD30. Car type will depends on the number of passenger and luggage

    Q: Does villa have driver?

    A: Yes, Driver cost THB 2000/day (USD65), THB 1000/half day (USD30)

    Q: Does car have insurance?

    A: Yes by international company Chartis, no name driver

    Q: Does Villa have motorbikes?

    A: Yes, 2 x Honda Click, new purchase 2011, with 4 helmets, and 2 kids helmets.

    -Cost: THB 700 / day (USD 25), plus gasoline cost

    Q: Does Villa have bikes?

    A: Yes 6 bikes, brand USA Trek - mountain bike new 2011. Free to use.

    Q: Does villa have Tuk-Tuk?

    A: Yes, Villa has Tuk-Tuk – the Nostalgie Old Thai Taxi can carry 5 persons.

    - Free to use but fill up gasoline.

    Q: Is there a shuttle bus to the beach?

    A: Yes, shuttle bus from Laguna entrance, but not necessary. It is within walking distance for 15mins.

    Q: If we rent a MPV from the airport, is there a space to park an extra car at the villa?

    A: That is possible but not necessary. The Villa has a 7 pax Toyota Fortuner.

    Q: Is it easy to get a taxi or Tuk-Tuk back to the villa?

    A: Yes, but Villa has car and Tuk-Tuk as well as driver can be booked upon request.

    Q: How far is the super market?

    A: Tesco Lotus supermarket is about 20 min by foot and 3 min by car. The BigC Supercenter is about 35 min by car.

    Q: How far is the shopping mall?

    A: By Car:

    Central Festival shopping mall 30min
    Jungceylon Shopping Center 30min

    Q: How far is beach?

    A: To the nearest Bang Tao Beach, drive 3 min, bike 7 min, walk 15 min

    Q: Where are the Market and when are they opened?

    A: In Bangtao Beach & Cherng Talay Area:

  • Talad Nat opposite the Cherng Talay Police Station - Wed and Sun, 13:00 - 20:00
  • Talad Nat next to Tesco Lotus Express - Mon and Thu, 13:00 - 20:00

    Q: Is there any parking space near the beach?

    A: Yes, parking is Easy and Free, by bablyon (restaurant) next to Dusit or by the seashore.

    Q: Are there restaurants

    A: Yes, Sai Taan and surrounding have more than 20 restaurants. With 1.5Km (1 mile) from the villa, there are famous restaurant such as:

    Q: Does villa have high-speed wireless Internet access available?

    A: Yes, wireless Internet access (WIFI) is available throughout the villa.

    Q: Do you provide telephone in the villa?

    A: No, we do not provide telephone service.

    Q: Can we have a masseuse to massage in the villa?

    A: Massage services are available within SaiTaan Laguna area, and upon request up to 6 masseuse persons can be arranged to come to the villa. Typically guests will request massage, and within 30 minutes sereval masseuses are available, who can then give 30 min or 60 min massage, to one or several guests in sequence.
    E.g. Cost of Thai massage (oil massage and body scrub) for 1 hour is THB 500.

    Q: Does Villa have baby-cot and high chair?

    A: Villa can provide both baby-cot and high chair for a minimal fees.

    Q: What are the working hours of maid?

    A: The normal working hour of maid is 8am – 6pm daily. Extension of working hours will be subjected to availability and fees.

    Q: Does villa provide cooking services?

    A: Yes, Villa has 2 maids to provide cooking and re-stocking service. Maid can cook Thai, Western, Chinese food based on your dietary preference.

    Q: What is the cost of cooking services?

    A: Breakfast is complimentary. Lunch charges THB 600 per day, and Dinner charges THB 1300 per day, plus food cost.

    If cooking request for big meal or for party, an extra cost will be applied.

    Q: What time is breakfast, lunch and dinner served?

  • Breakfast is served at 8am – 10:30am
  • Lunch is served at 12am – 2pm
  • Dinner is served at 6pm - 7pm

    Please inform our maid earlier about your serving time if possible.

    Q: Do you have a menu?

    A: Yes, There is a very extensive menu and maid can cook Thai food or Western or Chinese.
